This Privacy policy covers the MSA website (www.motorsafety.ca). The MSA website provides links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. MSA gives you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and services. MSA wide communications may include safety bulletins, industry relevant events and workshops. We give you a choice regarding delivery of MSA wide communications by postal mail, e-mail and telephone. This option does not apply to communications for the purpose of administering workshop registration completion, inquiries or support and product safety warnings or updates.

All MSA staff complete a confidentiality undertaking agreement.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information to MSA your information is protected. Workshop registrations completed online are encrypted and transmitted to MSA in a secure way. You can verify this by typing in the number on the .jpeg caption to complete a registration. All MSA staff have completed a confidentiality undertaking agreement to ensure security of your information.
