This Privacy policy covers the MSA website (www.motorsafety.ca). The MSA website provides links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the MSA website. MSA does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from MSA. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the MSA Privacy Statement. On this website www.motorsafety.ca you can complete a perception survey, submit a hot topic or question, request information, and register yourself for a workshop. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include, perception survey responses, your name, position, company, phone number, e-mail address, number and name of workshop attendees and how you heard about workshop.

MSA gives you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and services. MSA wide communications may include safety bulletins, industry relevant events and workshops. We give you a choice regarding delivery of MSA wide communications by postal mail, e-mail and telephone. You can make or change your choices by contacting info@motorsafety.ca. We will make every effort to honour your preferences. This option does not apply to communications for the purpose of administering workshop registration completion, inquiries or support and product safety warnings or updates.

MSA is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, MSA has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. All MSA staff complete a confidentiality undertaking agreement.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information to MSA your information is protected. Workshop registrations completed online are encrypted and transmitted to MSA in a secure way. You can verify this by typing in the number on the .jpeg caption to complete a registration. All MSA staff have completed a confidentiality undertaking agreement to ensure security of your information.
