Additionally, proper load securement ensures compliance with local, national, and international regulations, which are in place to maintain safety standards in the transportation industry.
This course will also help to identify potential hazards associated with cargo securement and how to mitigate the risks these hazards pose. For proper cargo security to work, management, supervisors and employees must continually monitor and evaluate the controls that have been implemented to ensure that they remain effective.
